Background

I am originally from Grand Blanc, Michigan where I grew up primarily with my mother and sister and attended Grand Blanc High School. While in high school I developed a passion for exercise and that passion quickly grew into spreading my knowledge to the world. I developed a high level of mental fortitude and determination during this time and with how interested I was in the details of exercise I came to the realization that I wanted to impact as many lives as possible. During a school tour to Central Michigan University, I found out about an exercise science program that was my opportunity to build my passion into my career and ultimately the rest of my life. The Student Activity Center provides me a great opportunity to hone my skills and master my craft at a young age and gives me the upper hand over other amateur trainers in the industry.
