Training Philospohy

Simple, Safe, Effective

When it comes to training, I like to keep things simple. Focus on principles and Implementing movement patterns as opposed to specific exercises. We move in the same few patterns in all of our life. Training should be focused on these same patterns to optimize overall functional strength and movement not only in sport, but in everyday life.

 

Whether I am working with a client or taking myself through a training session, there is a standard of effort to meet. My philosophy as a trainer is that it's my job to give clients the tools necessary to achieve their goals and to do that I need to get as much out of that client as I can without putting them at risk for injury.
